We just learned that IUI or IVF might be the only option (2 years ttc w/ low sperm count). I heard stories about miscarrying the baby or not any success with these treatments. How many cycles do you think should be enough before you decide to give up. Would you recommend me to quit my job when I start the procedure. I was planning on quitting once I got pregnant any way. I think going through the infertility treatments is going to be too streesful. Any advices from those of you with similar experiences. ~ A big amount of fluid can be retained in the abdomen and chest cavity;

~Complications like embolus , stroke caused by formation of blood clots (thrombosis of arteries or veins);

~The ovaries can become very large with the possibility of twisting or rupturing.

The problems described above may require hospitalization if they become too serious.

3)Retrieving the Oocytes
